Here’s what I did. When I walked into the waiting area I sat next to a guy and started talking to him. I asked if he’d be ok being my buddy for the day where we could stick together during all the mingling sessions and he agreed. Here’s why that worked, in talking to him I got to know some about him so during the first mingling we went to talk to the FA’s at the interview together and introduced each other. This lead to everyone we talked to asking if we were friends and we said no, we just met at the interview, which they loved. How often do you go to an interview and introduce someone else instead of just talking about yourself? During our next mingling we decided to split up and only talk to other candidates, which was nice to get to meet some of the people going for the same job as us, then we came back together for our last mingle and connected with some of the other FA’s that were there, again introducing each other.

Honestly? I think they are looking for sincerity. Be yourself! Being an introvert is great! Let that shine! Go with the intent to enjoy the process, especially since you’ve been through it once. ❤️ PS As an extrovert, I love the calm introverts bring to a situation. Sometimes being around too many extroverts is exhausting. 😉
