Hacks for when you REALLY need to focus. Meds, music, caffeine, whatever. I'm a perfectionist with crippling anxiety when I have a deadline. Procrastinating until the 11th hour, then I usually pull a rabbit out of somewhere. Sometimes though, I crash and burn because god mode didn't kick in. Help.

First loaf where I cracked the bulk fermentation code for a proper rise and and even crumb. This was loaf #4 on my sourdough journey. Took twice as long as the recipe suggested... under halogen oven lamp. Mostly AP, with about 150g WW and 75g Rye.
