Don’t feel bad for this OP, as an autistic teen myself (Low support needs/high-functioning) I understand how hard it is to care for a disabled child who acts like this, it’s not your fault that you won’t be able to handle it and your nephew is not your responsibility. I did not know this. I just figured his aggression was a blanket thing. He loves his mom but has hurt her before (I'm not looking forward to him entering puberty). Geesh I need to read some books on this stuff.
