Doing a rewatch and I only just noticed this (season 11 ep 20) The apartment has a locked door and a door buzzer but I’ve never seen them buzz anyone in. Does Howard and Raj have a key? I don’t think Sheldon would break the rules and allow a non-resident have a key. Also, what about the pizza guy
