got my IBM 5150 to post now but its giving errors

Finally got my IBM 5150 up and running!, also i wanted to ask how could i fix the floppy drive? it wont stay closed, and if anyone knows what does this error mean on bootup.

It's alive! Still has issues like the floppy drive but it actually booted

found this vintage XT/AT keyboard for cheap and restored it for fun the spacebar and many keys were stuck after a good clean inside it works great now

Hello! i wanted to do a little update that IBM 5150 didnt even have a CGA card it seems to have a hercules card so i was looking for CGA Cards and found this one for cheap but its from a compaq will it still work fine?
