I just ate my way through Charleston. Sorry for the bad lighting in a few of the pictures, I'm not using flash in public. La Patisserie for breakfast, Ellis Creek Fish Camp for lunch, Lewis BBQ for a snack, King BBQ for dinner. Highly recommend them all!

Spent three hours prepping this. Made the bread, sauce(San Marzano tomatoes if you know you know) and meatballs(veal and pork, Italian bread crumbs, seasonings)from scratch. Browned the mozzarella to protect the bread, topped with parmigiano reggiano. Happy New Year
