F (25) struggling with extreme anger and anxiety after quitting weed.

…oh yes. Angry, emotional, foggy everything… wrapped into one crazy ball of shame! Ugh…. I’m hoping it gets better. It makes sense to have to deal with ourselves after basically living behind a window. One thing I have I feel most don’t is the sleep part. I can sleep for daysssss! 10hrs last night! 4:30 now and it feels like I could crawl into bed for the night. Just. Keep. Going.

Definitely feeling the shame! I’m not proud of myself and how I’ve relied on weed for so long but it is what it is and I can only change how I react in the future. So jealous of the sleep part but happy for you 🥲

Its all part of the withdrawals and they will pass. I’m on day 20 here. Still feeling numb like can’t find joy in much but it’s getting better day by day. Insomnia on the other hand might take abit longer as for me still getting few hrs here and there. Just gotta try and stay productive anyway possible. I was really irritable in the first 2weeks. I got bad rls and everything i still am getting but lil bit minor day by day
