Planting advice? Have refurbished this cart (needs another coat of paint now). I want to put a few big plastic oblong containers in it and grow plants in them. Not sure what plants, if any, would grow in there whose roots wouldn’t be affected by frosts as it isn’t very deep. Any thoughts?
