Best BBQ jackfruit or vegan BBQ?

Anyone have any good suggestions? I’ve tried a few different places that brag on their jackfruit but it always tastes like mush. Strange Matter had the BEST I’ve ever had - could hardly believe it was anything but actual pulled meat - but that recipe is lost to the void, I hear.
