stream gameplay on twitch and upload full vod to youtube ? or stream on youtube ?

so i’m wanting to stream me playing all the single player games ive missed out on throughout my childhood (and adulthood) but i don’t know what would be the best option to bring in viewership. would it be best to stream the whole gameplay on twitch and upload it to youtube or just stream it to youtube and keep the full vod on the channel ???
