RP2040 goes directly to "USB device not recognized"
As title suggest, whenever I try to connect the USB port to the board it immediately says "USB device not recognized" by windows, Further inspecting device manager tells me that "Device Descriptor Request Failed", in the logs there are 2 entries: Device configured (usb.inf) and Device not started (both at the same time). There is a ground plane between both layers, just have it disabled since it makes things look complicated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Edit: Turns out that on my laptop, it doesn't show on windows at all
