Is there such thing as too much saline?

Hey! I just got a rhino rocket (most agonizing experience of my life) taken out after an extreme anterior nosebleed. The bleeding stopped and I was told to just use saline spray, but the doctor never specified how much. I’ve been using it like once every 2 hours — is this too little? Too often? Is it possible to use too much? I just don’t want it to bleed again.
