Is Skottie Young's run on Rocket Raccoon good?

I have read Rocket's 80s series which i enjoyed, and the first two GOTG volumes. I'm aware Rocket's characerisation is more close to the MCU, usually not big on movie synergy but i'm willing to give it a shot.
