The original Will was 75% split three ways and the rest to the grandchildren. Upon my brothers death it was my mums wish to leave 75% to her children and the rest to the grandchildren. My brother was unmarried. Of course my niece will get her share same as any of my mums other grandchildren

But where she and her dad were getting 29%, she's now getting ~4%. I get where your mum was coming from but she's oversimplified it a bit, but is she's thought about it, and says its fine then sure.
