Khaz Algar is extremely underwhelming

Compared to recent expansion zones, Khaz Algar has been in my opinion bottom tier. I don’t know if it’s mainly due to the Isle of Dorn, but this expansion’s zones feel incredibly empty, bleak, and unimaginative. Looking back, I think the idea to place 75% of the zone under ground was a horrible idea. The only bright spot seems to be Hallowfall but even that doesn’t improve how empty it feels.
