What is your most strongly interspecies society? How does it work?

Do the different species overwhelmingly work together in harmony (barring individual conflicts that could just as easily come up between individuals of the same species)? How are living accommodations designed around wildly different physical needs?

Are any of the species lower-class (officially or unofficially) than any of the others? How did the Powers That Be gain their advantage?
