What is a dwarf’s depiction of an idealized dwarf body?

In a Tolkien-esque genre that contains dwarves, I often hear a general rule of thumb that humans are ‘5 to 6 feet tall’, and dwarves are ‘4 to 5 feet tall’, and that makes sense.

However, I noticed a lot of idealized humans (not just warriors but also people of authority) tend to be on people over 6 feet tall (like 6’3 Dwayne Johnson playing large heroic characters), giving the impression that idealized means ‘beyond typical size range’

Does that mean the idealized dwarf warrior would also be an unusually tall dwarf that’s over 5 feet (like that 5’3 dwarf from Golden Axe)?

Or would it be not likely because perhaps dwarf culture does not have the ‘bigger is better’ mentality that humans have, meaning dwarves have a different perception of an idealized dwarf?

There’s no one true answer of course because there are interpretations of fantasy universes, so let’s hear what your own takes on this are?

On a slightly related note, would a dwarf female equivalent of ‘only dates 6 foot and over’ be ‘only dates if the beard goes below the chest’ and ‘only dates 200 lbs and up’?
