Is my training program good?

I’m a beginner and I do gym at home. ( I started 1 month ago) I have pretty much everything I need like a bench, weights, exercice bands, etc.

I do weight training 4x a week and I also swim for 1-2 hours 1x a week

I do yoga in the morning.

This is my split :

Monday : Full body (strength and toning)

Tuesday : Lower body (toning and glutes)

Wednesday : Rest

Thursday : Cardio and core + swimming ( abs and stamina)

Friday : Lower body (sculpt and tone)

Saturday and Sunday : Rest
