What is the weakest nation that could successfully invade Texas?

No help from the rest of America. It's Texas. In addition to the military bases there, the civvies are chock full of guns and cowboys and other Texans armed to the teeth and ready to fight. It would be kinda like Red Dawn, but the entire state is fighting. I would LOVE for North Korea to try to invade Texas.
