Terminators Vs. Helghast

In this version of events Skynet wins the war with the Human Resistance in the future timeline establishing total world domination. Also in this version of events the Helghast successfully fought back the ISA/Vektans, saved Scolar Visari and launched a full scale invasion towards Earth. Only while on the way to Earth they somehow went through a invisible wormhole in space without knowing and end up in the Terminator timeline/universe. The Helghast Army realizes this opon arrival to Earth's orbit. Choosing to take this new Earth anyway war breaks out between Skynet and The Helghan Empire. Neither faction has any real knowledge of the other faction, outside of first contact. Who wins?
