Darth Vader Vs. Son Goku

I know this has probably been done but, I was feeling it and thought why not revisit it...

Vader being the warrior he is comes to Dragonball-Earth to challenge and destroy Goku in a duel to the death. He brings his entire Imperial fleet with him. The fleet stays in orbit to keep Earth hostage if Goku refuses. Goku's team cannot intervene and neither can Vader's men unless the other opponent's allies do. That is Vader's stipulation. No interference. So two questions. First would Goku's team listen to him? Second who wins this battle of Titans?
