Galactic Empire Vs. Middle Earth

The Empire goes to war with all of Middle Earth, basing out of Mordor. No Sauron in this universe/scenario. Elements of The Lord of The Rings Universe still exist. More or less a version of the events of The Lord of The Rings happens just with the Empire instead of Sauron's forces. Vader's Flagships, The Devastator & The Executor are in place of The Two Towers. The Executor in Mordor & The Devastator in Isengard. In this scenario The Empires forces engage by ground, more or less, in combat. Also this is a Feudal Empire. Meaning all the Stormtroopers are now Stormtrooper Samurai, armed with Kamayari Staffs and Bow & Arrow. No Blasters at all. Each Trooper is a fully realized Samurai.The Ringwraiths are now Imperial Special Forces. All creatures replaced with a Star Wars creatures, that are similar. Speeder bikes in place of horses. No Orbital bombardment. Vader has his Katana instead of his Lightsaber and only goes in as The Witch King. Imperials can still use Dropships. Detonators in place of Bomb at Helm's Deep. If defeated Star Destroyers just leave planet. Who wins? Can Middle Earth defeat the Empire under these circumstances?
