Mildly infuriating "securement"

I ask for securement bc I have trouble staying in my seat and also my chair slides around on hard turns and brakes. 80% of the time this is what I get. They spend 3 minutes fumbling with the belt and then don't even tighten it and skedaddle back to the drivers seat. Unfortunately it takes me a while to speak up and by then we're already moving.

He 'secured' the back in the same way I'm pretty sure. Couldn't turn to look but I slid 2 feet when he braked for a pedestrian 🙄.

Just fucking annoying. I love the few bus drivers who do it right.
