I can't believe I can't remember this

I'm trying to remember a movie where, I believe it was close to the intro, a bomb goes off. Then, while people are investigating, a second bomb goes off that was basically a trap. I want to say Kyle Chandler was in it, but I might be mis remembering. I tried googling this and can't get a straight answer. It was definitely 2000's or maybe 2010's. I remember it shocked me with the 2nd bomb at the time. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?
