Is Adorama reliable?

I finally went to pull the trigger on a new camera because the deal is better on Adorama *but* after applying for their credit card I don't see where I can use it and claim the 5% back deal. So I'll have to wait until the morning to call in and talk to them. In the meantime, I googled them and found a lot of angry reviews about their return policy.

So I went back to the Adorama site and clicked on Return Policy, and, get this, it just goes to a "site coming soon" page. They have no observable return policy! I'm scared. Glad I saw this before placing an order but is my fear unfounded? Anyone use them before?

UPDATE: I can't use the credit card I signed up for with them because it was under a different email address. NOWHERE did it say I had to use the same email address when signing up for the card. I already had to jump through hoops with Adorama's website account to get the EDU discount, which took over a week of customer service emails and trial and error submittal of documents. Now they say it'll take 5-6 business days to try to connect my credit card to my Adorama website account??? Fuck that noise. Cancelled the credit card. Not buying anything from them. If it's that much of a hassle to make a purchase, god help you if you already paid them and have an issue with the order!
