why cant (or wont) vcu/rpd do anything.

without giving away too much info. i was at john marshall ct recently over a traffic infraction. while i was there, there was a guy who was present for a hearing over charges for trespassing on vcu. mind you, this man looks completely homeless. has 3 teeth, cannot hear or walk. probably not fit for trial.

yet they can’t do anything about scam organizations on campus or the dickhead shouting about how queer people are going to burn in hell. (not the evangelists in general, theyre fairly nice from my interactions w them. i mean this specific guy.) thats got to be some kind of public nuisance.

genuinely someone in criminal justice help me out why the fuck cant they do anything
