No option to schedule appointment

I’ve been trying to book an appointment and I have qualified for an interview waiver. I was able to at least view scheduling options this morning after paying the fee, but I can’t anymore. I wasn’t able to book anything, and an error message kept popping up each time I tried to. But now, it takes me to the dependents page (I don’t have any dependents), then to select document delivery, and then just redirects me to the homepage. Anyone faced something similar or have any advice? Thank you!
