No Next Button on Document Delivery Page! Please Help

I am unable to proceed with my application as there is no next or proceed button on the document delivery page. I have cleared cookies and caches multiple times, updated my Java app, closed and started the application multiple time and logged in after 24/48 hours. Tried document delivery edits too. From the support team I get the same reply again and again of clearing cookies and caches. It still doesn’t work. Kindly advice!!
