Wasting taxpayer money

I really don’t know who to complain to their automated system given me the run around. My package has been traveling back and forth from Pa. to Chicago for the past 20 something days. I’m sure it’s not cheap flying back and forth and not just my package but thousands of people all over the country. The usps wasted money for what then want us to pay more every year by raising postage. I hope someone brings this to the public’s attention.
