Buying the DLC

I have an R3 account, but the game I bought I think was R1. I bought the Logan Paul DLC which can only be seen if I browse through "view product" option but it was unavailable for download. It only says "purchased", grayed out and unavailable to download.

I gave up and processed the refund which was returned to me after 12 days.

I have a backup US PS account (R1), and thinking of buying the DLC through that account. Will it be also available if I play the game using my R3 PS account?

Edit: for PlayStation, R1 is Region 1 (North America mostly), Region 3 or R3 is Asia.
