Grimstone(Spoilers) - Question About Mysterious Sprite (potential spoiler?)

Hey all, I was browsing through the sprites for GRIMSTONE and I noticed something peculiar.

There seems to be a profile/battle sprite of one of the angels, and I have no idea if this can be seen in game anywhere. I'm fairly certain I did everything in the game (aside from any meta game secrets). Is this able to be seen in-game, or is this potentially cut content such as an unused playable angel?

Please let me know if you know what's up here! Maybe I just missed something in the endgame.
