What does Sahlo Folina mean?

OK, please don’t eat me alive lol I am a relatively new and even more relatively new to the lore. I’m on my first round of going through all the albums. And I noticed Sahlo Folina mentioned in the song Bandito as well as overcompensate. Does it have a special meaning within Tyler or the band entirely outside, just the textbook definition of what it means.
