Headshell mount hairpulling

So! I picked up a new to me turntable for next to nothing recently, but it was just missing a headshell. I had known that you can mount new headshells fairly easily, so I picked one up, and then after doing more research (may have rushed the purchase i got excited) but i think my turntable is missing the collar that mounts the headshell to the tone arm? Or perhaps theres a different headshell for my turntable? Its a Realistic Lab-395, and I cant find anything online about a different headshell, and want to avoid any new purchases to maintain a pretense of cost effectiveness. Don’t want to give up on it or trash it or whatever, but I’ve seen that most headshells just mount into the arm and twist, and mine does not have the slot for the small screw on the headshell. Is there a word for the mount connecting tone arm to headshell???it has proven difficult to find info. Thank you!!
