How do you approach switching trucks?

When a new truck is released like now the Volvo and Iveco, I want to try them out, but I also feel sad for replacing my current one that has all the hard earned kms.

Do you just get a new truck as replacement and don't care about the mileage or do you try to get a used one with approximately the amount you've already driven to make up for it? I tried the second approach with the Volvo but now I feel like I didn't earn that mileage. 😭 I guess that's just my stupid brain torturing me...
