Late night snacks and night sweats
I am in the fifth month of my triathlon training with one race down two to go. I train around 8-10 hours per week. I do not calorie count and I’ve been fine so far but for the last two-three weeks I am constantly hungry.
I started eating late night snacks (also because I started moving my training sessions to mornings and I don’t want to starve) but now I think these late night snacking is making me sweat at night. This might be odd but I read online that night sweats can happen because of blood sugar level changes.
So, is there anyone who had a similar issue and how did you fix it?
