Dermarolling+ minoxidile (antoher shed)

Hey, i am using minoxidile for 5 months i got some gains but, now i started also dermasrolling with 0,5mm depth once a week with minxodile. And i feel like i got another shedding faze, its because dermarolling make minox work more or my bladness progressed?
