Best Host Agency for personal travel

Recently retired early and looking for a part time role that I enjoy. Our family spends between $100,000 and $200,000 a year on travel. I would like to find a host agency where I can earn commission for our families bookings while learning the systems and finding my niche. Once I am confident in the level of service I can provide, I will work with friends and relatives. Currently we send lots of information to these people just due to our travel experience. Also, while we’ve used TA’s I mostly do the research and they book. I had a very successful career in finance with an extensive network which I can expand into if I enjoy this work. I am an over achiever so want to “master” the art of being a TA before expanding which makes it critical that the Host Agency affords has a liberal approach to personal travel. I’d like to explore different options prior to building my brand. Recommendations appreciated! Thx in advance!!
