Comboios de Portugal - ticketing question

I had to go through the process several times to get it to issue me a ticket. The last time, it asked for a credit card key, which I used, and everything completed -- I got my tickets by email immediately.

Then, 20 mins later I got an email "Anomalia no processo de compra CP" that my purchase was being refunded

But I have my tickets, and they still show up in my account. Safe to assume the email is about one of the failed transactions? I still don't see any of them in my pending transactions on credit card.
