One year can make a difference
I know lifting weights may not be everyone’s thing but I’m proud of the gains 😊. I’ve been transitioning for 3 years but I have a pretty wide frame and athletic build. I’ve tried to stop trying to starve myself to fit a certain mold of body that my body doesn’t want to do.
Im not the skinny doll. I’m athletic. And muscle mommies are in somewhere. So I am trying to embrace it. Going to slowly decrease on upper body lifting because I don’t want to get too big 👀

First photo was taken a year ago from today though and that was 2 years of trying to starve myself and do hour cardio everyday.
I love food and working out too much to be doing that 🥹
