Do you let other people (family member) discipline your toddler??

For context, my SIL would try to discipline and be stern with my child, she would raise her voice and try to reign my daughter in. She always does this in my presence, she doesn’t wait for me to react, she just sometimes would grab my daughter’s arm and say “no, you cant do that” in a voice and tone I dont really appreciate. We never discussed it. She just started doing it out of the blue.
