Switched concentrations, different dosages

I recently switched providers and didn’t even think the concentration would be different. I took whatever I originally thought would be my dosage, but it ended up being more than half less than what I’m supposed to take. I typically take my dose on Sunday or Monday depending on if I remember 😅 but I took it Tuesday and was wondering if I should take the rest today or just wait til Sunday/monday and start back at the regular dose?
