I remember hearing it in an Instagram reel but the name of the song wasn't shown on the sound section. I remember these things tho:

• Decade: 80s or 90s
• It was a guy singing
• The guy sounded a bit like Michael Bolton however idk if it's actually a MB song
• The song was also rather slow and I remember it being about love
