Is there any chronic disease more debilitating than tinnitus without any cure?

I feel that tinnitus is one of the worst medical condition / symptom ever, that is spread worlwide and happen to concern hundreds of millions of people.

Epilepsy only concerns 50 millions people and have some treatments to try.

Diabete is awful but has treatment and you can manage it by diet ...

Depression is awful but there are SSRI, SNRI, MOAI, TCA, ECT, MTS ....

And we are stuck here with this tinnitus without any cure for the moment. That's crazy. We really need to spread awarness and to create safe and dedicated links to finance research dedicated on tinnitus treatment.
