i had a nightmare about seeing this at my psychiatrist appointment (idk if it needs a nsfw warning for mold and a scary face its not that bad😭😭)

so i had a dream about some war happening and each time i got killed i woke up in a different life. this time i woke up at a psychiatrist appointment, where she gave me a test. the first questions were completely normal (pic.1) i continued answering the questions but suddenly the last answer option had a very creepy and unsettling face instead of the text (pic.2). i stared at it and got goosebumps. when i looked at my psychiatrist her face had changed to a very creepy, nonhuman one. i looked back at my test papers and the question had become weird with oversaturated moldy fruits pictures instead of the answer options. the pics felt ai generated and the mold was yellow for some reason. i thought to myself what the fuck i need to leave but i realized the psychiatrist was talking to me about genocide and what way she was planning to murder me. everything became very weird after that (too much to tell), different people tried to kill me but i ended up kms with a glock. i know it doesnt sound/look that bad but damnn it was VERY unsettling and unnerving in my dream
