I feel a bit sad for Maedo

When her & Jackie broke up because he cheated on her. Her & her friends were trying to comfort her at the infirmary. It did go deeper beyond the cheating. And her roommate says how he was actually really boring. & She says how he’s the only one who will understand her life & how they grew up (both dads being gangsters).

It made me think about how Paulie said “wives & this thing of ours don’t work” because the amount of times Meadow tried to form romantic relationships with ‘outsiders’ and it didn’t work or could ever be genuine, because she always felt like she was covering for something with “environmental cleanup” (you can never admit the exishtence).

After Jackie, that’s when she ended up embrashing the fact that she was born into this thing & it’s really just no changing that.
