Where would you go?

I’ve seen a lot of posts about leaving Texas, and I’m just curious, where are you going? What is a better alternative? As a black mother of 3 young children, (1 girl and 2 boys) their health, safety and education are top priorities. But I have to also be able to afford for us to live without struggling month to month.
