Electricity Providers

I'm moving to Midland, need to choose which company I want billing me for electricity, and having trouble sorting through all the gimmicks. Who has fair rates and decent customer service? If it matters, I'm moving to a house that probably uses over 1000kW/month in summer and under in winter.
