TV shows that are good to play while falling asleep?

I cannot fall asleep without something playing in the background and need suggestions on the best shows to have on while falling asleep! Preferably ones with little to no intro music/theme song that plays as it gets very repetitive and I don’t want to open my eyes to skip intro every episode while trying to fall asleep. TIA
