guys how do i ask a shy girl out???

been speaking to this girl a few month, met up twice, once with friends and once one on one, on valentine’s day but that was only rlly cos she was going away the next day. anyways she’s rlly shy and i can’t read her well, im like pretty sure she likes me but im not 100% sure and idk if im taking things too soon or if it’s somthing i need to do to prove that i’m acc interested in her. what should i do???
