Not getting internships.

Why is it so difficult to find tech internships in Nepal ? I am currently in my final semester and it is frustrating to not get intern anywhere . Even if we do find any , most of them are unpaid. Please guys ,do mention if you know companies that are hiring interns currently, preferably paid .That would be a great help. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
